
How to learn Vedic Meditation.
Step 1 - Attend a free intro session.
Join meditation instructor Kyle Young for an informal conversation on Zoom. Find out how Vedic Meditation dissolves stress and optimizes well-being. Learn how it differs from other styles of meditation, such as mindfulness and relaxation techniques. Discover what science and research say about meditation. If you feel inspired to take the next step, you will be eligible to register for the comprehensive four-day training session.
Step 2 - Take the four-day course in Houston.
It’s time to become a meditating Jedi Master! Four-day trainings are offered on a monthly basis. The first one-hour session will be held in person. The three follow-up sessions will take place on Zoom and will be 90 minutes each. At the end of the four days, you’ll be a self-sufficient meditator with the skills and knowledge to maintain a fruitful daily practice. You’ll also have access to attend the course again, anytime, for no additional fee.

The four-day course.
After you attend the free info session on Zoom, you’ll be eligible to sign up for the course. If you choose to take the leap, awesome! Meditation is the single most potent stress-relieving tool there is – and like any skill, it requires training. Over four days, you’ll receive personal instruction from Kyle, a skilled Vedic Meditation teacher. Quickly discover how this simple daily practice can change your life, and receive a lifetime of ongoing support. You can even sit in on the training sessions again as a refresher.
Day 1
Get your mantra, and go for a test drive.
60 minutes, private session, in person.
Day 2
The mechanics of meditation, practical application and scheduling.
60-90 minute group session, via Zoom.
Day 3
The effects of meditation on the mind and body.
60-90 minute group session, via Zoom.
Day 4
The value of thought and action outside of meditation.
60-90 minute group session, via Zoom.
