Advanced Techniques
After meditating for a year, students are encouraged to receive an Advanced Technique, which consists of an adjustment to your existing mantra and practice. There are multiple levels of Advanced Techniques which may be taken in one-year intervals, if the meditator finds it charming to do so. These techniques accelerate the benefits of meditation into your waking state. They’re designed to deepen your meditation experience and refine your senses of perception. This results in more subtle and fascinating experiences during meditation, and throughout the day.
